I just shared a very personal video on A Chick With A Plan this week, and I wanted to bring the conversation right here into our Thomas Manor community.
As entrepreneurs, it's easy to get caught up in day-to-day goals — but I believe we’re building something much bigger than that. We’re building legacies.
For me, legacy-building is deeply personal. It’s rooted in the history of my family and the community of Sandy Spring, Maryland — one of the first free Black settlements in the country. That spirit of resilience, ownership, and leadership is what inspires everything I’m building through The Thomas Manor today.
