6-Month Mastermind Group Workshop
A mastermind is more than just a webinar or a mentor. It’s a tight gathering of professionals over the course of several months, led by a subject matter expert and business coach. Together, the group supports, encourages, and learns - while holding each other accountable to well-defined educational and growth goals. Each group has a leadership theme and clearly defined objectives. Masterminds empower your leadership abilities, expand your toolbelt, and facilitate both short- and long-term business growth.

DEEP COMMUNITY ROOTS
The Thomas Legacy
The Thomas Manor legacy spans six generations. The Quakers settled in Sandy Spring in 1720 and, within 10 years, freed their enslaved people. This made Sandy Spring one of the first free black settlements in the country. Many of the blacks went on to own property and became successful business owners, like Mr. Charles G. Thomas. Charles was one of the first black entrepreneurs in Montgomery County, and his business was located at what is now The Thomas Manor. Two generations later, granddaughter Mary Windham owns and manages the Manor as an homage to her ancestors and the entrepreneurial spirit of Montgomery County.
